These are great on top of salads or as a sweet snack!
Cover a pan with honey and put on medium heat (5-6). Put in crushed, raw walnuts & mix them around in the honey. Drizzle more honey in the pan as needed. Now is a good time to add cinnamon or vanilla if you’d like! The honey should start to bubble after a few minutes and turn into a thicker syrup around the walnuts. Stop when all of the honey seems to be “used up”. Lay on a sheet of parchment paper, a plate would work too, and let them cool. Store in fridge.
