I know sandwich bread has been a struggle on this diet for many, but I came across this amazing looking recipe! The only thing is that is has flax seed, but according to the 2nd link, it could be replaced with an egg. Let me know if anyone tries it. A recipe for a NUT-FREE one is included as well. The last link is a list of a bunch of great recipes that could be altered to SCD. Let me know if you need advice on substitutions.

The results from my recent pill-cam came back great, no medications and 100% diet since last October! It IS possible to thrive on this diet and to learn to love it! Food is my new medicine. 🙂
