EASY MICROWAVE BISCUIT

Here is a recipe for a 5 minute or less biscuit:

1 tablespoon/spoonful of almond flour

same for coconut flour

1 egg

dash of salt

dash of baking soda

1 Tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil

mix together, should be a thick batter

pyt into a ramekin-like dish

microwave for 90 seconds

flip it onto a plate, gently cut in half

let cool and eat or toast it

could be used for egg sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, or spread on some honey and fresh fruit.image image image image image
