I also discovered a 3 Ingredient Paleo Flatbread on Pinterest. (http://thebigmansworld.com/2015/02/08/3-ingredient-paleo-flatbread) It calls for baking powder, which isn’t SCD safe so I’ll be trying it with baking soda instead. These would be great for sandwiches/wraps/flatbreads/etc. Let me know if anyone tries it!
