Alfredo Sauce

**has been modified by Leta to make it SCD safe
1/3 cup margarine (1/2 and 1/2 mixture of coconut oil/olive oil)
2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened (Try 1 C coconut and 1 C almond)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ – 1 tsp. salt
Heat oil in large pan, add garlic and allow to cook slightly. Add milk and whisk until oil begins to incorporate into milk. Add salt. Heat through, then serve immediately.
