Chili

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey

1 C chopped onion

3/4 C shopped green pepper (could also add extra amount of red pepper for more bulk)

4 cups worth of fresh, diced tomatoes

3 cups worth of fresh, blended tomatoes (or these could be diced as well if you don’t want too much liquid)

1 can of kidney beans

1 can of black beans

1 tsp salt

Directions:

In a skillet, cook the meat, onion and green pepper until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender

Stir in remaining ingredients

Cover and simmer for at least 2 hours
