Portobello Mushroom Pizza

With oven at 375 degrees, bake mushrooms for about 20 minutes until you see a lot of water coming out.  Soak up/drain the water.
Place 2T  SCD legal sauce on bottom.  Add favorite SCD legal pizza toppings.  Ideas:
Nugget sausage (or you can make your own)
Black olives
green onions/red onions
Oven roasted bell peppers
Seasoned ground beef
Sun dried tomatoes with SCD legal ingredients (I haven’t figured if SCD considers sun dried tomatoes illegal, so you may omit this)
For bbq chicken style pizza:
Cubed seasoned cooked chicken
SCD legal BBQ sauce (Digestive Wellness)
Red onions
